Appointment Letter and MRV Fee Receipt

Welcome to the U.S. Embassy and U.S. Consulate General’s web-based fulfillment page. This page is available only to those who have scheduled an appointment for a nonimmigrant visa interview through the Operator Assisted Information Service.

In order to download your appointment letter and MRV fee receipt, you will require both your date of birth and passport number. Before proceeding please note the following:

  • You must print the appointment letter and bring it with you to the Embassy or Consulate on the date and time specified together with the MRV Fee Receipt which is attached to the end of the document. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

  • Please ensure that you read all of the information in the appointment letter taking note of the security procedures currently in place. Failure to follow the instructions will result in delays at the security check point which could result in the cancellation of your appointment.

  • The appointment letter provides a link to our website which lists the documents that you are required to furnish on the day of your interview. Please click on that link for further information. Note: Failure to complete the DS-156 on line and print all three copies with the 2D bar code, or bring all of the other documents relevant to your application as listed on the website, will result in the denial of your application.
